Who is Your Celebrity Look-Alike?

If you are looking for some entertainment, check out www.myheritage.com. You can upload pictures to this site and it scans the faces and finds which celebrity you best match. Now, I should warn you that it isn't always consistent. Depending on which picture you upload, you may get a couple of different celebrities. For instance, I scanned two different pictures of a friend of mine. I won't mention any names, but I do think she reads this blog. Her result for one picture was Naomi Watts and the result for the other was Billy Bob Thorton. And she's gorgeous, so I don't know what was up with Billy Bob!

I have gotten about 10 different people for different pictures, so I would recommend trying several photos just for kicks. It's really just a matter of which picture you scan and the angle of your face I think. Still fun nonetheless!

I think I tried this site once and had problems uploading the picture.

My own self-assessment is this: Put Bridget Fonda, Tatum O'Neil, Melissa Gilbert and Steffi Graff in a pot and stir. Add a pinch of slightly darker hair and Voila - you've got me.

Now here is Eric: Conan O'Brien, Guy Richie, Edward Burns, Guy Smiley (the muppet from Sesame Street). Stir well - presto, it's Eric.

I must look like I am 50+ (based on the picture from when I was pregnant). I got Cybil Shepherd, Candice Bergen, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Patsy Cline, and Maurice Wilkens (who is a man, I would like to stress).

I did a picture from a week or two ago and got Matt Dillon, Matt Damon, Hillary Duff, BILLY GRAHAM (!!!), Bridget Fonda, Owen Wilson, and Kathy Bates.

Peanut got Macauley Culkin, Leonardo DiCaprio (as a child), two old men whose names I don't know, Oprah, Sophie Marceu, Holly Marie Combs, Tori Amos, a 60ish African man Olusegan Obasanjo and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Not really sure what I should take away from this. Do we have the multiple personalities to match?

This is too funny. I haven't downloaded my photo but think I could just pick some people I want to look like and voila! Who's to say I'm wrong based on the wide divergence from Linds?

Go, Linds! How many pictures are you uploading? I've always thought you had a striking resemblance to Billy Graham. :)

I've opted to upload only pictures that I like of myself. The one I have gotten most often is Jennifer Connelly. I also got Sarah Michelle Gellar (my Realtor pic below), Shania Twain, Farrah Facett, Lara Flynn Boyle, Selma Blair, and Tata Young (?).

Of the celebrities I've been told I look like, I have never gotten any of the above.

Jill, interesting mixes. I still think Bono should be added to Eric's mix. I also think Lisa Kudrow should be in yours.

I did two pics - one when I was preggers and one from recently. I was smiling in both pictures. If I look like a man or an old woman then, what would I look like with a straight face?

I have been told I look like Julia Stiles (must be the cheeks) and Reese Witherspoon (must be the jawline). Not sure I agree with either but neither names showed up on this site. I choose to believe it's because they only have 3200 celebrities on it and Julia and Reese aren't in the database.

Beau did it a few times too and got some funny results. I've decided not to be insulted or go get plastic surgery. I'll just take it as funny and laugh.

FYI: I started a spot on MySpace and this was my first topic! You're an inspiration.

I haven't uploaded any pictures of me yet, but I like to believe that they would say I look like Sandra Bullock. I don't want to burst my bubble, so I think I'll just go with that and not try it out.

Peanut looks like Oprah?!?
